Planning continues for this first ever academic meeting for the Society. We hope for an interesting program with clinical and socioeconomic topics as well as time outdoors to enjoy autumn colors, lake activities, golfing, biking and hiking at this well known resort. ( http://www.maddens.com/)

Suggestions for the meeting program include an expert to discuss the probable course of healthcare reform, financial support for resident member attendees and two morning sessions of clinical presentations. We really need member involvement and assistance to make this first ever academic meeting a success. Please consider topics, speakers and innovative CME methods and email those suggestions to me or Doug Chyatte. (anthonygbottini@mac.comChyatte.Douglas@mayo.edu).
